The hotel is located right on a lovely canal, offering an excellent view and easy access to the museum quarter. The rooms are comfortable and come with a bathroom, but the service was lacking as the receptionist wasn't helpful. The facilities were decent but could use some improvement.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right on the canal with lovely restaurants nearby. The rooms offer a charming view and come with all necessary amenities, plus the service was top-notch. However, the receptionist was not very helpful, which was a letdown. Overall, a great value for the money.
